OpenUSD v25.08 release candidate available on GitHub

Hi all,

The release candidate for OpenUSD 25.08 is now available on GitHub under the 25.08-rc1 tag. The CHANGELOG for this release is available here:

## [25.08] - 2025-07-29

This release includes the preview release of OpenExec. See more details in the
OpenExec section below.

### Build

- Various fixes and changes to build_usd.py:
  - Updated dependencies to VFX Reference Platform CY2023.
  - Updated TBB version on Intel Macs to 2020.3 to match other platforms.
  - Updated oneTBB from v2021.9.0 to v2021.12.0. 
    (PR: [#3570](https://github.com/PixarAnimationStudios/OpenUSD/pull/3570))
  - Removed option to build HDF5 library for Alembic plugin. Note that HDF5 is 
    still supported by the plugin but must be built separately. 
    (Issue: [#3156](https://github.com/PixarAnimationStudios/OpenUSD/issues/3156), 
     PR: [#3165](https://github.com/PixarAnimationStudios/OpenUSD/pull/3165))
  - Added printouts about Embree configuration to the build_usd.py status 
    message.
