OpenUSD v26.05 release candidate is now available on GitHub

Hi all -

The release candidate for OpenUSD 26.05 is now on GitHub with the tag v26.05-rc1. The CHANGELOG is available here:

### Build

- Various fixes and changes to build_usd.py:
  - Updated to build with MaterialX v1.39.4.
  - Added support for building for iOS and visionOS Simulators
    (PR: [#3707](https://github.com/PixarAnimationStudios/OpenUSD/pull/3707))
  - Fixed a bug where OpenImageIO would not use the OpenColorIO library built by
    build_usd.py if both were enabled.

- Removed support for Python 3.8 and added support for Python 3.14 for the 
  usd-core PyPI package.

- Updated build to use Ptex's cmake package config file.
  (PR: [#3938](https://github.com/PixarAnimationStudios/OpenUSD/pull/3938))

- Updates to GitHub CI:
