I am opening the attached usdz file by iPhone AR viewer in iOS version 18 - 26. But the usdz file is failed loading in iPhone AR viewer. Do you know what causes it? Thanks a lot!
Looking at this asset now, this is just likely way too many prims to be handled by the engine. You have over 16k items in your hierarchy. Most are barely visible as they’re screws/rivets it looks like.
I would very much recommend optimizing the asset down to just what’s necessary, and combining meshes where possible. I believe the high amount of items in the hierarchy are causing traversal issues (but have not validated that)
I tested on my own devices and it does eventually load, at least on my Mac Studio and 17 Pro Max, but does take a long time to get there, likely just due to the very high prim count.

It took about 2 minutes but it only loaded one time out of the few times I tried. I think it’s hitting a timeout for loading the files so is dependent on system load.
I recommend a mesh optimization service like rapidPipeline to bake all visible surfaces and textures in one or more tex Atlasses to reduce Geo and drawcalls for the use in mobile AR Quick Look
