Hey, when did the Relocates composition arc start?
I was just reading some of the docs that referred to LIVERPS, and I could swear that it was just LIVRPS. But sure enough, there’s an entire r(E)locates composition arc I’ve never heard of. (I know - that’s on me)
Just wondering when(or what version) did Relocates start?
It feels kind of like Reference? I’m studying the Glossary now, trying to wrap my head around it.
I believe they were introduced in 24.8 if memory serves
They’re not really references, but you can consider them like a modifier on composition arcs, such that if something would have initially come in under /foo/bar, they can get remapped to /foo/spam instead or whatever mapping you choose.
