Hi all,

We are beginning internal QA tests for the upcoming OpenUSD v26.05 release and have formally labeled the code being tested with the `v26.05-alpha` tag on GitHub.

We are tentatively aiming to complete internal QA tests by the end of this week. Assuming all goes well, the v26.05 release candidate is tentatively scheduled to be published the following week with the official v26.05 release scheduled the week after that.

Please let me know if there are any questions, thanks!
